Yang Gao

Di Xiao received his B.S. from Peking University in China and his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, both in Physics. He was then a postdoctoral fellow at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and was promoted to Staff Scientist after two years. He finally joined the Department of Physics of Carnegie Mellon University in 2012 as an Assistant Professor. He was recently selected as a Cottrell Scholar.
