Faculty Positions in Experimental/Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics 2021

Carnegie Mellon University invites applications for tenure track positions in experimental and theoretical condensed matter physics. With these positions, and an additional opening in Materials Science and Engineering, CMU seeks to build upon its strength in quantum electronic materials. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong independent research program that brings synergy with condensed matter-related activities across the Pittsburgh region. Interested? Apply for the experimental position here and the theoretical position here!

Assistant Professor of Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh seeks to fill the position of a tenure track Assistant Professor of Chemistry effective September 2022, pending budgetary approval. Candidates in the general areas of quantum materials, quantum sensing and quantum computing will be considered. Review of applications will begin on October 15, 2021 and will continue until the position is filled. Interested? Apply here!
