Profile

My current research focuses on studying the electronic properties and magnetic states of α-RuCl3, a two-dimensional antiferromagnet, predicted to host the exotic Kitaev quantum spin liquid state. Additionally, I study the effects of charge transfer in heterostructures with this material. I assemble ultrathin heterostructures, turn them into field-effect transistors using electron beam lithography, and study their charge transport behavior in quantum regime.
