The Pittsburgh Quantum Institute and Pitt Research are proud to support an invitation-only workshop examining the cybersecurity of quantum computing. Rob Cunningham, Jeremy Epstein, and Tom Wong are assembling experts in quantum computing and computer security to explore and develop new research directions at the nexus of cybersecurity and quantum computing. This two-day workshop will explore questions related to hardware and software security, protecting intellectual property, and detecting and preventing certain malicious algorithms from being run on quantum computers.
