Ifemi Olojo Kosoko

I’m a Computer Science major pursuing a certificate in Quantum Computing at Pitt. I have a growing interest in the intersection of Physics and Computer Science, and I’m especially excited about how Quantum Computing has the potential to elevate and enhance different areas such as aerospace, medicine, and even simply our day-to-day lives.

Through coursework and hopefully upcoming research, I hope to deepen my understanding of Quantum Computing, and explore how these technologies can have meaningful, real-world impact. I’m eager to contribute to interdisciplinary research and learn from those already in the field.

Awards: Dean's List (4 semesters), Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society Member, Recipient of multiple Pitt and outside scholarships, Placed in the top 3 in 2 different hackathons
